Sway, led by Ashlee, is leadership business that creates thoughtful and engaging environments to strength individual and team communication. The Enneagram is also an integral tool used to refine driven leaders. Through executive coaching, team trainings, workshops and retreats Sway aims to uplift teams and see their businesses and core values flourish. Sway has a unique, fresh and compassionate approach within the coaching and leadership industry. Ashlee wanted Sway to be novel, bold and vibrant.
Inspired by the intuitive artist, Matisse, we explored how organic, paper-cut pieces could be incorporated into the visual identity. This analog design process created a uniquely crafted and work-in-progress texture and symbolism that we used throughout the brand system.
We created a beautiful and strategic website, thoughtful print touch points for her clients and a keynote template for Sway’s myriad of presentations.
We partner again to create Sway’s new product, the Enneaflip. A hands-on product that supports team communication.
Sway exists to refine competent leaders who release energy into their organizations to build a better world.
